Information on modification of IPO use of proceeds

The Company has informed that in order to cope up with the changing market demand and also with a view to increase production capacity of ice cream by a considerable volume the Company wants to modify the IPO Proceeds regarding Acquisition of Plant & Machinery as epitomized which is Instead of Cone Baking Machine as in the Prospectus the company now intends to procure Rollo Stick Ice-Cream Machine and Associate Machinery.
