Board Meeting schedule under LR 19(1)

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 23, 2022 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022.
