Extending time further for utilizing the rest of the IPO amount

The company has informed that the shareholders of the company in its 12th AGM held on December 30, 2023, approved the proposal to extend time for further period of 01(One) year from February 2024 to January 2025 for utilizing the rest of the IPO amount.
